You can request to return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they’re in original condition, uninstalled and unaltered. To start a return, use the Start a Return button on our Returns page or call us. You have two choices for shipping the item back: 1. use our prepaid label for a 10% fee that is deducted from your refund. 2. ship it yourself with a carrier of your choice at your cost.
